kairotick.com keeps as little as it can. This page says what it keeps, where, and how to have it deleted.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
- Our forms do not store your IP address.
- The calculators, the trading journal and the revenge trade check run in your browser. A report file you open in them is read on your own device and is not uploaded.
What the forms keep
- Free MT5 indicators: your email, which pack you asked for, the page you were on, and the campaign tags of the link you came from, if it had any. The download starts on the page; we use the email only to send, now and then, news about free tools.
- TradeWarden beta application: your email, the prop firm you named, and the campaign tags of the link you came from, if any.
- Contact form: your email, your name if you give it, the topic, your message and the page you wrote from. We use them only to answer you.
- Buying TradeWarden: your email, the one or two MetaTrader 5 account numbers the licence is built for, the order amount, the payment address and the transaction of your payment. We need these to build and support your licence.
Where it is stored, and who sees it
Each form entry is a private file in the storage of our host, Vercel. When something new arrives, a notification with its contents goes to our own Telegram account so we can act on it. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for the font file. Our host Vercel, like every web host, receives the technical details of each request. Links to YouTube and Telegram lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Seeing or deleting your data
Write to us through the contact page from the email address you used, and say whether you want a copy of what we hold or want it deleted. To stop the occasional news emails, ask the same way. Order records are kept while the licence is in use, because the licence is tied to them.
