The New York Stock Exchange lists Good Friday as a market holiday: Friday, April 3, 2026; Friday, March 26, 2027; and Friday, April 14, 2028, according to the NYSE holidays and trading hours page.
CME Group's Good Friday 2026 clearing advisory says CME Globex and CME ClearPort transmit all trades with a trade date of April 3, and that FX and interest rate markets will be settled on April 3. CME Clearing runs both intraday and end-of-day cycles that day.
Settlement times on Good Friday 2026
According to CME Group's Good Friday Holiday Settlement Times 2026 page, CME Group FX and cryptocurrency products settle at 10:00 am CT on Friday, April 3, 2026, the same time as interest rate products. The page notes that FX, cryptocurrency and interest rate products have unique settlements on that trade date because of the Bureau of Labor Statistics March Employment Situation release.
Holy Week and Easter Friday
The official pages here list Good Friday only. No CME Group or NYSE page in these sources names Maundy Thursday, Holy Saturday or Easter Monday as a market holiday, and none uses the term "Easter Friday."
